Agentic customer interaction platform Encore AI has raised $30 million in new funding. The company will use its Series A round, announced Wednesday (July 29) to expand the global deployment of its enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) program, designed to help companies increase revenue with every agent/customer interaction.
