Encore AI named a winner at the 2026 Finovate Awards, and a finalist in a second category - recognition for enterprise AI agents built to convert, not to deflect.

Judges recognize the enterprise AI agents built to generate revenue from customer interactions; Encore AI also named a finalist in a second category

NEW YORK, September 14, 2026 - Encore AI (formerly Insait), the enterprise platform for revenue-driving customer interactions, has been named a winner at the 2026 Finovate Awards, and a finalist in a second category. Finovate announced the winners on September 10 during FinovateFall in New York City.

The Finovate Awards, presented by Finovate, part of Informa Connect, honor the banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and individuals advancing financial technology. Winners are selected by a judging panel drawn from banking, fintech, investing, and technology, from a field of hundreds of entries across roughly 30 categories.

Built to convert, not to deflect

Almost every AI agent in the market was built to reduce the cost of a customer interaction. Encore AI was built to increase the revenue of one. Its agents onboard, qualify, close, retain, and recover, end-to-end, across voice, chat, IVR, and live form-fill on landing pages, and they do not hand off to a human to finish the job.

Success is measured in applications completed, accounts opened, customers retained, and balances recovered, not in calls avoided.

In Encore AI's production deployments, a standard web form converting 2 to 3% of traffic reaches 20 to 30% on the same traffic when the agent qualifies, handles objections, and completes the application in real time.

Every step follows a playbook the institution's compliance team has reviewed and approved, and every decision is logged and traceable.

How it works

Encore AI's Interaction Mining ingests an organization's call recordings, transcripts, and documentation at scale and reverse-engineers how its top performers win.

That expertise becomes an executable flow graph the agent runs in real time, with a hybrid recommendation engine determining the next best action at every decision point.

Two granted patents protect the engine. Because the agent is compiled from conversations the organization has already had, deployment takes days, and every new interaction sharpens the agent further.

"Every organization has a handful of people who are simply better in front of a customer than everyone else. They close what others lose, and they can only be in one place at a time," said Dr. Dvir Ginzburg, CEO and co-founder of Encore AI.

"This recognition is for what happens when that expertise is captured and put to work on every interaction, on every channel, at any hour. Every customer gets your best person, every time."
