Cookie Statement

Last updated: Aug 6, 2026

Insait IO LTD, operating under the name of Encore AI (“Encore”, “we”, “us”, “our”), uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies, such as cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts (“Cookies”). We use these technologies to maintain, provide and improve our website and platform, and to give visitors, users and customers a better experience.

This Statement explains how Encore uses Cookies. It describes what these technologies are and why we use them, and it sets out your rights to control our use of them. It also provides some useful links for further reading. If this Statement does not answer your question, or if you have further questions about our use of Cookies, please contact us at contact@gainencore.ai.

For more information about how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are a widely used web technology that lets a website store and retrieve certain information on a user’s device and recognize returning visitors. Encore and its third-party partners may collect information about your use of our website using Cookies. Cookies can help us recognize you when you return, find ways to improve the site, and reveal traffic patterns so we can identify the most useful parts of the site.

Cookies can be first-party or third-party. A first-party cookie is one you receive directly from us when you use our website. A third-party cookie is one set by another party. We do not control what third parties do on their own websites. We may, however, work with selected third-party providers whose cookies operate through our site so we can understand your experience with the site and measure its performance.

A persistent cookie is stored on your device by the web browser until it expires or you delete it. Its expiration is set by the party that created it, either on a fixed date or after a period of inactivity. For the life of the cookie, its information is sent to that party each time you visit the site it belongs to, or another site configured to read it. A session cookie, by contrast, is created temporarily for the duration of your visit. It may store information you enter and track your activity within the site, and it is deleted when you leave the site or close your browser.

What Types of Cookies Do We Use?

Encore and its third-party partners use the following types of Cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: cookies that are required for our website to operate.
  • Performance Cookies: cookies that let us recognize and count visitors and see how users move around the site, which helps us improve how it works.
  • Functional Cookies: cookies that recognize you when you return, so we can personalize content and remember your preferences.
  • Targeting Cookies: cookies that record information about your browsing behavior so that relevant advertising can be offered based on your interests. They also help limit how often you see an ad and help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Deleting these cookies does not stop advertising from being shown.

When you visit or use our website, the information we and our third-party partners may collect using Cookies includes, for example: (i) usage details about your interaction with the site (such as the date, time and length of visits, the specific pages or content you access, search terms, how often you visit, and referring website addresses); (ii) device information, including the IP address and other details of the device you use to connect to the site (such as device type and unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number); and (iii) location information, where you choose to give the site or app access to real-time information about your device’s location.

The information generated by Cookies about your use of our website (including your IP address) may be transmitted by us or our third-party partners to locations other than the one in which you reside, including Israel and the United States.

Information we collect may be used, alone or combined with information about you obtained from other sources (such as our data partners and offline customer data), to, among other things, deliver advertising tailored to your interests, including advertising related to our products or services when you access other websites, and to better understand how the sites tracked by these third parties are used. This Statement does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, Cookies or other tracking technologies used in third-party advertisements. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of advertisers and ad services to learn about their use of cookies and other tracking technologies.

How Are Other Tracking Technologies Used?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. From time to time we may use other, similar technologies, such as web beacons (also called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”) and JavaScript placed within the code of our website. Web beacons are tiny graphics files containing a unique identifier that let us recognize when someone has visited our site or opened an email we have sent. JavaScript is short code built into our site; these scripts activate when you request a page that contains them and serve a purpose similar to a web beacon, letting us infer that you have opened or done something on a particular page.

These technologies let us, for example, monitor how users move from one page to another, count visits, deliver and communicate with Cookies, understand whether you reached our site from an online advertisement on a third-party site, improve site performance, monitor navigation patterns and feature usage, and understand email reads and marketing campaign effectiveness. Many of these technologies rely on Cookies to work properly, so declining cookies will impair their functioning.

We may also use “device fingerprinting” or “browser fingerprinting.” This technology identifies particular machines or browsers in order to detect and prevent fraud and to support information and network security. Declining cookies may not affect device or browser fingerprinting.

Do I Have to Provide My Consent?

The use of certain Cookies is subject to your consent, where their sole purpose is not to enable or facilitate browsing. Where required by applicable law, when you visit an Encore website you will be shown a cookie banner that lets you accept or decline cookies. A cookie will be set to record your choice. Please note that if you delete this cookie, you will be asked to make your choice again. You can change your choice at any time, either by deleting the relevant cookie or through the methods described in the section below.

How Can I Control Cookies?

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse all cookies, and you can clear cookies from your browser at any time. Because the way you refuse cookies through your browser controls varies from browser to browser, please visit your browser’s help menu for more information.

  • Manage cookie settings in Google Chrome
  • Manage cookie settings in Mozilla Firefox
  • Manage cookie settings in Safari
  • Manage cookie settings in Microsoft Edge

If you are concerned about third-party Cookies served by advertisers and you live in the United States, Europe or Canada, you may also opt out of data collection by advertising partners that participate in the relevant self-regulatory programs. You can opt out by visiting:

  • www.aboutads.info/choices (for users in the United States).
  • www.youronlinechoices.eu (for users in Europe).

If you have a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal turned on through your browser, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), we will honor that preference in accordance with applicable law.

Changes To This Statement

We may update this Statement from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to the Cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Statement regularly to stay informed about our use of Cookies and related technologies. The date at the top of this Statement indicates when it was last updated.
